Information you give us. When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, phone number, and email address, and on some pages an optional note about your occupation or service (for our community recognition program). We use this to contact you about scheduling and to understand which of our outreach efforts are working.

Information collected automatically. Pages on this site load Google’s advertising tag (gtag.js). If you arrived from a Google ad, this tag enables: measurement of ad clicks and form submissions; and dynamic call tracking, which displays a forwarding phone number and reports the occurrence and duration of calls (not their content) to Google Ads. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers as part of this service. Visitors who arrive directly or from search results see our standard phone number and are not affected by call tracking.

Service providers. Google (advertising measurement and call tracking) · Calendly (appointment scheduling; receives the information you enter when booking) · Leadpages (website hosting and form processing) · OpenPhone (business phone service; receives call and text data when you contact us). Each processes information to provide its service to us.

What we don’t do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your California privacy rights.

California residents may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Submit requests to info@summerorthodontics.com or call l310-545-0770. We will verify your identity before responding and respond within the timeframes California law requires.

Health information. Information you provide once you become a patient is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the office.

Changes. We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a revised effective date.
